SHAHIRA MUSTAFFA (Founder & Managing Director)
Shahira Mustaffa is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of Seize Tech Resources & Solution, a progressive training and consultancy firm based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
A Quantity Surveyor by profession with over two decades of work experience in the Construction Sector and Project Management Consultancy, Shahira attained a deep-rooted passion for professional empowerment through continuous lifelong learning via education, mentoring & coaching with the approach of equipping professionals and organizations with future-ready skillsets aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles & framework.
High dedication to excellence, ethical conduct, and social responsibility, Shahira curates impactful training programs covering areas such as IR 4.0 & Digital Transformation, Data Analytics in Big Data, Sustainability Framework & Reporting and Lean Six Sigma Methodology for organizational transactional process improvement initiatives for future business adaptability, readiness and sustainability.
